The NCC will have a meeting in the Clubhouse Friday March 12 at 6:30 PM. All are welcome.

The next meeting will be on Tuesday March 16.
The Annual HOA meeting will be on April 20 at Parton Elementary School.
All meetings start at 6:30 PM.

We received a call from the City of Oviedo that the meeting on March 8 has been cancelled.

Subject: Public Meetings on Benefits of the City of Oviedo’s potential purchase of Alafaya Utilities, Inc.

Dear Alafaya Stakeholder,

The focus meeting tentatively scheduled for Feb. 26, 2010 has been canceled to allow better notice for attendees, per our telephone discussions.

A public meeting is being scheduled for March 8, 2010 with City Council to discuss stakeholder benefits with the City Of Oviedo’s potential purchase of the privately owned wastewater facility, known as Alafaya Utilities, Inc.

Facts about the Alafaya Utilities Inc Wastewater Service:
· All of the Alafaya customers are also City potable water customers.
· There are 7,523 sewer customers, covering 60% of the City water services
· There are currently 1,258 reclaimed customers.
· Average customer is billed 7,000 gals/month

Additional stakeholder meetings will be held after the March 8, 2010 Council workshop, as appropriate.
