Development Agreement with the City of Oviedo
Under “Documents” you will find the link to the Development Agreement with the City of Oviedo. This document explains what the requirements were for the developer and the development. It also explains what we, (LOR), must maintain and what the homeowners must maintain in some cases. It also explains and why we have canopy trees in specific places, circle driveways on Sterling Creek Parkway, etc. It will provide the homeowner with the construction setbacks for adding a pool or screened patio.
