When can I water my garden ?

The City of Oviedo watering regulations and guidelines can be found here, along with helpful information on water conservation.

The current watering times regulation for Live Oak Reserve is that homes with odd numbers can use the reclaimed water irrigation system on Tuesdays and Fridays, and homes with even numbers can irrigate on Wednesdays and Saturdays. All watering must be done before 9:00am or after 4:00pm.

How can I make a complaint regarding Alafaya Utilities ?

If you have any complaint regarding Alafaya Utilities this should be directed to the Florida Public Service Commission. Their complaints page can be found here.

Can I rent the club house ?

The club house may be rented by residents of Live Oak Reserve for private social events. More information can be found here.

What color can I paint my house ?

There are a limited number of approved paint colors that may be used for the exterior of homes on Live Oak Reserve. The list of colors may be found here.

Do I need approval before I make any changes to my property ?

Yes. Any alterations to any property on Live Oak Reserve, including adding a fence or porch, or any more significant structural change must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee before any work is done. The Architectural Review Application form can be found here.
