Social Committee

The Live Oak Reserve social committee is responsible for organizing and managing community social events.
The social committee event coordinator is Sheila Morens.

Landscape Committee

The Live Oak Reserve landscape committee is responsible for ensuring that properties within Live Oak Reserve meet the landscaping regulations and guidelines, and for contacting homeowners if any changes are needed.
The landscape committee chairperson is John Elvington.

Architectural Review Committee

The Architectural Review Committee is responsible for approving any structural changes to any home or property on Live Oak Reserve. This includes the addition of fences and porches etc, as well as any more significant structural changes. An Architectural Review Application must be submitted, and approved, before any work is commenced.
