After Completing the form:
If you do NOT have a PDF creation print driver you can only print the completed form.
If you do have a PDF creation print driver you can do the following to save the file with data:
From the FILE menu, select print
From the PRINTER NAME options, select a PDF create driver if you have one, a window will open offering options where to SAVE and NAME (xxxx.PDF) the file
If you are able to save the completed form, it could emailed to Lighthouse Management Company instead of faxing.
The following is the Color Wheel palette for painting reference. Other paint suppliers such as Sherwin-Williams, Porter, Home Depot, Lowes, etc may be able to match a color using the color number from Color Wheel.

Please review the Rules and Regulations (link above) for specific regulations regarding which property alterations may require the approval of the Architectural Review Committee.
Approval MUST be obtained from the ARC before any alterations, that require approval, are made.
