Live Oak Reserve Clubhouse - New Rental Rates

Monday - Thursday $20 per hour
Friday - Sunday $25 per hour
(inc. time for set-up, and clean-up)

Non-Profits $15 per hire with proof of charitable status, and evidence of Live Oak Reserve residency

Deposit $300 for all bookings

All bookings are subject to a $30 booking fee

Please Note: The clubhouse may be booked by Live Oak Reserve residents ONLY. No other bookings will be accepted.
